The Health Romania Cluster Delegation has attended the Montenegro Summit of Health Tourism
The Health Romania Cluster delegation has participated at the Medical Summit of Health Tourism in Budva, Montenegro (13-14.10.16).
We were invited by our partners, The Health Tourism Cluster of Montenegro, with whom we have formed The Balkan Health Tourism Cluster.
We have identified opportunities for cooperation with the Balkan health tourism organizations with a focus on Romania’s expertise in this area.
In consequence, we will work on developing relationships with this market that has been relatively neglected by the Romanian operators and investors.
We need to emphasize the fact that the potential of the Romanian medical system is of real interest for the Balkan countries, as private investments, health care and expertise level of our specialists are considered competitive and superior to those offered in other countries.
The Health Romania Cluster was highly mentioned during the event, both in terms of developing of professional-scientific tools, but also for the recognition with the ‘bronze’ qualifier by the European Secretariat for Analysis of Clusters/ European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA).
Previous editions of the International Forum for Health Tourism and the special editions of the International Journal of Responsible Tourism dedicated to health tourism are known and cited for professional and scientific contributions are considered landmarks specialized in the area.
